The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has formally opened the 2025 application system.
Applications are now open and may close on fifteen December 2024.
*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding
To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant must fulfill the following criteria:
• Be considered a South African citizen or copyright who emanates from a house by using a combined gross domestic income that does not exceed R350 000 for each annum.
• People with disabilities qualify if their combined house income won't exceed R600 000 per annum.
• SASSA recipients automatically qualify for funding and wish not post any evidence of income.
